Pregnant, Feeling Sleepy And Having Headache. Normal?

Question: Hi' am 14 weeks pregnancy
I feel very sleepy after I take shower with hot water and headache also my eyes so tired what I do any suggestion for me?

Thanks for the reply.

Its perfectly normal to feel sleepy after a warm shower.
The reason is that after a warm shower there is peripheral vasodilatation.
This causes pooling of blood from central nervous system.
This is body's physiological response. So you need to worry.
Enjoy your pregnancy and relax.

You need to contact your doctor if you experience blurring of vision with headache.
It could suggest pregnancy induced hypertension.
