Brief Answer:

Bone marrow biopsy test

Detailed Answer:

Hi

The most common symptoms of aplastic anaemia is shortness of breath with exertion, pale skin, frequent nosebleeds, bleeding gums, headache and rapid or irregular heart rate

I would advise you to go for a bone marrow biopsy test to come to exact diagnosis as your blood test indicate Hgb 8.4, serum ferritin 7, Iron sat 3, TIBC 458, Iron 14

Tn this procedure a doctor uses a needle to remove a small sample of bone marrow from a large bone in your body, such as your hipbone.

The bone marrow sample is examined under a microscope to rule out other blood related diseases.

In aplastic anemia, bone marrow contains fewer blood cells than normal.

If in bone marrow biopsy it is found as aplastic anaemia then i would advise you to go for stem cell transplant

Stem cell transplant helps to rebuild the bone marrow with stem cells from a donor

But you must have a matching donor most often a sibling for it.

If you are unable to go fore stem cell transplant then you have to go for blood transfusions

Transfusions of red blood cells raise red blood cell counts.

This helps relieve anemia and fatigue.
