Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After carefully going through the medical reports of both the patients I would like to tell you that the report of Mr XXXXXXX has a very high triglyceride levels which should be treated with medicine. He should consult with his treating physician and discuss with him on starting statins along with fenofibrate.

Now talking about the reports of MRS XXXXXXX all the reports are normal except for hemoglobin and Vitamin D which are on the lower side as she is having iron deficiency anaemia so she should start taking Iron and Folic acid combination once a day for 3 month's along with some Vitamin D supplements and Calcium

I hope this information will answer your query
Kind regards
