is there any problem during 2nd pregnancy, if the 1st one was AP case at sge 32... current age 37...

As per google Acute Pancreatitis in pregnancy.....

Before delivery of my child, the part of the path through which baby comes out had to be cut slightly to open the mouth of path a bit more.
