Brief Answer:

I would advise you bone marrow aspiration and biopsy test to rule out CML.

Detailed Answer:

Hi

I have gone through your blood reports

Your myelocytes absolute is high

The cause of high myelocytes absolute could be due to chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) which is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow

I would advise you bone marrow aspiration and biopsy test to rule out CML.

These 2 procedures are similar and often done at the same time to examine the bone marrow.

Bone marrow has both a solid and a liquid part. A bone marrow aspiration uses a needle to remove a sample of the fluid containing bone marrow cells.

CT scan upper abdomen is also advised to look at and measure the size of the spleen in people with CML.

Hi

Yes it could be early CML

The standard treatment for CML is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) like imatinib, nilotinib and dasatinib
