Question: Recently I am having stomach pain during periods once in 3 months .i went to hospital they recommended scanning .in scanning reports I got some anteverted bulky contour is obliterated.Evidence of a10.1*10.6*7.6cm hypo echoinc lesion is noted,arising from the right lateral wall of body and growing exophytically.endometrium 9mm. Impression:bulky uterus with subserous fibroid.

I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
The report of ultrasound scan suggests a large fibroid in the uterus. It is a benign swelling and is not affecting the endometrial lining. This is not likely to affect the bleeding pattern during the periods but can cause a pain.
If you have a regular pain and heaviness in the lower abdomen then getting it removed surgically is the only option.
