Brief Answer:
Please do liver blood tests and consult doctor if abnormal blood test
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
A spleen size of 12.1 cm is acceptable.
Liver size is not mention so difficult to know if it is significant. Liver larger than 14.5 cm is enlarged significantly.
Post cholecystectomy means you got gallstones bladder surgery done.
Uterus is mildly bulky and if you do not have any gynecological symptoms then no need to worry.
If your liver size is greater than 14.5 cm or if you have gynecological problems then you need to consult doctors.
It is better to do liver blood tests once to make sure your liver is functioning normal.

Liver Size is 138mm. Do you suggest LFT test for liver?
Brief Answer:
Your liver is normal in size but liver function test can help in diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
The normal upper limit for the size of liver is 14.5 cm and for spleen is 13.0 cm in adults.
If the report mentions liver 13.8 cm and spleen 12.1 mm in an adult female then I feel it is normal and there is no hematosplenomegaly. You can discuss this matter in detail with your doctor who did the scan.
On the basis of above measurements, doing liver function test is not absolutely needed, but since there is history of cholecystectomy, doing liver function test can help you to know if there is any small problem with the bile levels in blood and if it is the reason for your discomfort. Please note that sometimes detailed tests like MRCP are needed if there is discomfort and abnormal liver function test after cholecystectomy.
So my reply will be, liver function test can help to find out any problem which is not visualised on the ultrasound scan.
