Brief Answer:
Use ventoline nebuliser every 6 hours

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM

I can understand your concern

Regarding your concern and according your diagnosed disease (COPD) if you were my patient I would recommend you to add in your current treatment a steroid inhaler too such as Budesonide twice together with Ventoline. It will help you even more.

However if you can not find it than continue Ventoline nebuliser every six hours until the improvement of the breath. When you will come back at home please contact your doctor for evaluation of the situation.

If the breathlessness gets worse despite the ventoline use than you should keep medical help as soon as possible

Hope to have been helpful
