Brief Answer:
A few abnormalities need consideration...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through reports with diligence. The following are my comments:
1. Your body weight as well as blood pressure are in lower end of normal. It doesn't mean this is concerning; but drink good amount of fluids and healthy diet as well as exercise will keep you fit.
2. Eosinophils are elevated significantly. It may be the results of allergies or parasitic infestation. Your local doctor will be able to find the cause after detailed clinical examination / evaluation and treat it.
3. Deranged cholesterol - a better diet and exercise should correct the derangement. If the problem persists after 6 months of diet and exercise, perhaps you may need medication.
4. Vitamin D deficiency - vitamin D supplements will be started by your doctor for few weeks to correct deficiency. In the meanwhile added sun exposure and vitamin D rich food will help you.
5. Increased red blood cell / hemoglobin and hematocrit could either be due to dehydration or polycythemia. Repeat the tests after a week and after good fluid intake. If it is still high, you may contact an hematologist.
Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
