Recently, Some Red And Itchy Pumps Appear On My Skin

After a while, they will be less itchy but leave a dark mark on my skin as shown in the red circles of the picture of my legs.
I thought it could be mosqituo bite, but none of these parts were exposed outside of clothing. Then, I thought it could be some allergy and ive been drinking socially recently. Moreover, i have eczema.
Today, I found two new pumps on my butt which is also red, imflammed and itchy.
Could you please give me some idea about what it is? Should I schedule an appointment?
Thank you very much for your help and support.
Papular urticaria is a possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have read your query and viewed the image.
It does appear like papular urticaria which is a hypersensitivity reaction to insect bite. Papular urticaria is more common on extremities which are anyways relatively more exposed to insect bites. People who are atopic/ allergic are more prone to develop this hypersensitive reaction to insect bite. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days. In addition I suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance

Thank you for your reply.
1) I%E2%80%99m wondering what is the source of the allergy? Could it be bed bug? How can I find out and avoid it? Should I set up an appointment with doctors?
2) The red pumps usually would leave a dark mark there even after a month. I%E2%80%99m wondering what can I do about it?
Thank you for your support.
Papular urticaria
Detailed Answer:
hi.
Most likely it seems like a hypersensitivity to insect bite/ bed bug. The dark mark left over is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It would resolve in a few days. Right now I would suggest empirical management with a moderately potent topical steroid cream along with an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine for a few days. This might be all that it requires. However, if it still doesn't respond I would then suggest a personal visit to your doctor.
take care
