Red Spot On Penis, Oral Sex, No Bleeding. STD?

Question: red spot on penis for 2 weeks
=============================
Ok, so here is my story, over a month ago I had unprotected oral sex (only oral) with a girl. After that I masturbated frequently and without lube, after about 2 weeks and one long session of masturbating (around 60 min) I noticed a small red spot just under the cuff of my penis head. It has been there for 2 weeks now. It is not raised and does not look like a pimple and has never bleed or ever broke the skin. it just looks like a small red spot that is shiny about the size of a pin head. The only time it has ever hurt is after masturbating and it was very mild and went away. I have stopped masturbating for a week now but it is still there, it doesn't hurt but I am concerned and would like it to go away. I would go get an STD test but it has only been there for about 2 weeks and there is never any liquid coming out of it to go get tested.

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
I do not think that you are suffering from any sexually transmitted disease. If it hasn’t enlarged, bled and it does not itch, you need not worry. A STD would have led to an ulcer formation by now.
The red spot has probably occurred due to friction or some minor trauma during masturbation or coitus.
Keep the area clean. It will heal on its own.
It will slowly subside on its own. Constant irritation or pressing etc will delay the healing.
I hope I have addressed your concerns.
