Question: Red spot on right breast could it be IBC

The first pic is when I first noticed the spot 3 weeks ago the second is from last week and the 3rd pic is from this week

It is not looking like IBC.
It seems to be some benign lesion of the skin like seborrhoic keratoses.

I see seborrich keratosies are they flat this is flat not raised
