Question: red spots on my penis i have 3 red spots on my penis what is that?

Hi dear,

Red dots on penis can be follicullitis ,purpura,ectopic glands etc.

I would also like to know -
a)Is it itchy /painful/symptomatic?
b)Is it flat/elevated ?
c)Since when you have this?
d)Is it scaly /flaky?
e)Any recent history of sexual contact/masturbation?

Can you upload good quality photographs of affected penile area?

Hi ,

Red spots on your penis appear to be traumatic erosions.

You just need to apply soframycin cream over the area.

The spots will heal in period of 2-3 weeks .
A visit to dermatologist would be needed if they persist beyond 3 weeks.
