I don't have any physical illness, except mild Generealized Anxiety Disorder taking SETOXLIN CR 12.5 (M - N), PRONOZOL(Propranolol HCI & Alprazolam) (1/2M - N).

My wife had infection 2 years ago. i had intercourse only one time just few weeks before. Generally i do hand pumping almost daily.
Have you taken any long term antibiotics?
few weeks before i have taken for UTI and throat infection. only 7 days

Topical anti fungal & antihistaminic

I would recommend you to apply topical anti fungal like clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Also keep the area dry and clean and wash with plain water.
