Detailed Answer:
Dear Kanimozhi,
Welcome to Ask a Specialist Service.
Your partner is positive and on treatment since April, 2019 and after that you have done HIV test 3 times and all are negative so first of all calm down and don't take so much of stress. Further, you have mentioned that there was only foreplay on and off between you and your partner but no intercourse so the risk of getting HIV becomes nil as foreplay is no risk activity for HIV. I have also seen your reports of previous year and they were normal so allay the fear or anxiety related to HIV.
As such I don't think any further testing is required but still you send me all your reports and tell me in detail about your exposure if any would be there after April, 2019 so that I can explain you in much better way. Till then be relaxed, don't think too much about HIV and live your life normally. If you have any other queries also you can ask me any time and I am here to help you out always.
Thank You

CD4 count above 500 in an individual is considered normal.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Kanimozhi,
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
The normal CD4 count ranges between 500-1400 and your test results for HIV are also negative so you need not to worry much. Calm down your self, avoid thinking too much about HIV and move on in life. You can also opt for counselling services if needed. For any other help feel free to contact me any time.
Thank You

Don't compare yourself with your relative.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Kanimozhi,
You can not compare yourself with your relative because he is HIV positive and you are not. If still you have any doubt about your status then go for 4th generation HIV Duos test again and the result will surely come as negative again so don't get worried, forget the incidence and move on in life happily.
Thank You
