You have mild UTI caused bacteria called Klebsiella Pneuminiea

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Thanks for uploading your urine culture report which reveals growth of Klebsiella Pneumoniae organisms .However it is colony count of more than 0000 or more that is considered to be indicative of active infection. Hence colony count of 400000 is suggestive of mild infection.

You may take antibiotics like Nitrofurantoin and Norfloxacin twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
