The most common cause of blood blisters on forearm is trauma but number of other causes are responsible for causing blood blisters on the forearm. These include:
1) Burns from exposure to heat, electricity, chemicals, radiation from the sun, or friction.
2) Spider bites and cold injuries
3) Infections like scabies and folliculitis which is caused by infection of the hair follicles
4) Inflammation when skin touches something in the environment that causes an allergic reaction
5) Autoimmune diseases
