Repeated For Poisoning From Part 1 Year So Highly Believe The Infection Is Still There In The Stomach And Is Coming Out As Heartburn. What Should I Do?
Question: Food Poisoning and Chest Pain/HeartBurn
Hello ,
20th(Friday) of this month July, I got a severe Food poisoning (Due to Hotel Food) with watery diarrhea 7-8 Times.
During the last 1 year I got food poisoning only few times . During those times I took a mix of turmeric, ginger, sea salt and pepper powder in warm water. this preparation helped me to get rid of diarrhea when taken continuously for 5 days daily 1-2 time(s).
However , This preparation didn't help me to stop diarrhea on 20th of this july. I had planned trip to an another city on 21st and 22nd of July. So I took medicines so get faster relief. The medicines stopped diarrhea immediately . I went to the other city and ate outside hotel food.During the next 5 days, I completed the course of antibiotics.

Immediate day after completing the course , I started getting mild chest pain. I thought it is a heart issue. Later I understood that it is heartburn. This has been continuing for the last 5 days. I have a feeling of indigestion as well. I highly believe the infection is still there in the stomach and is coming out as heartburn.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me with more questions.
You should take the medication 30 minutes before breakfast.
It is difficult to say why you got heartburn.
Yes it can recur.
Some of the risk factors are obesity, certain food items which I have mentioned in my earlier post and stress.
