Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The X-ray reports some haziness in both lung fields in the mid and lower zones. Such findings are linked to congestion. In the current context, the changes may be related to COVID-19.
What are her clinical symptoms?
Regards

She has fever and temperature range is between 99 to 101. She is taking paracetamol and fever comes down after taking medication and comes back after 6 to 8 hours.
She does not have any cold, cough or throat infection. She has tiredness.
We are awaiting Covid test reports. Can you please recommend any medication that can ease her congestion.

                                    Dear Doctor,
The Chest CT Scan report is attached. The score is 14. Could you please suggest a line of treatment that can be given at home as we are unable to find a bed in any hospital?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since when is she having fever? Does she have chest pain or breathing difficulty?
The CT scan severity score of 14 doesn't indicate severe infection. However the status of symptoms should be monitored in the following days. If she has no breathing difficulty or chest pain, I would not be overly worried at this point of time
You should await COVID test report (RT PCR as well as Rapid Antigen test). Meanwhile continue covid treatment protocols of paracetamol round the clock (three or four times daily) along with multivitamin supplements. I suggest tab ceepllus once daily along with tab limcee one tablet every day.
Hope this helps. I wish her a speedy recovery.
Regards
