Question: Respected Doctor...my episode is 1 and years ago..its condominated injection through local doctor..After 48 hours i taken viropil with your prescription..after 3 month i taken i hiv test..it is negative...Now i feared About Hepatitics B sir..Because yesterday i taken mastercheckup..That time My lft test slightly elivated..Bilurubin 2.7...Direct 0.4..indirect 2.30..Sgpt Alt 85..Sgot 45...i have grade 2 Fatty liver for 4 years sir...That viropil is protect Hep B also sir..??

Yes, Mr Baskar, your Serum Bilurubin, SGOT and SGPT are elevated.
Viropil has some action against Hepatitis B. But it could act as PEP for Hepatitis B. You consult a gastroenterologist and get well soon. I am not wellversed for Heapatitis B

It is easier to manage Hepatitis B than that of HIV. But usually we seek the help of a gastroenterologist in the management of
Hepatitis B. Certain drugs used for HIV are also effective against Hepatitis B also.
