Respected sir,

I am frequently visiting doctor for gastric problem . I was having gall bladder sludge like symptoms and for this i had been treated with antibiotic injections and Urdiogem 300 tabs that too 3 years back.

Since one month I was having weakness
in legs and vertigo like symptoms with bodyb imbalance while walking.
For this Doctor had prescribed Syndopa CR daily 2 tabs with Pacitane 2mg 1 tab.
My physician termed the problem as Parkinsonism. Also I am having tinnitus since two months. Hearing loss tested upto 60 percent in right ear.
I am taking daily Clopilet A 75/150 .since 6 years as i had been hospitalised for stenosis in arteries upto 10 percent. Duration of hospitation was 3 days only during October 2014.
Unfirtunately myself with my wife and daughter met with Bus accident; bus toppled down into a ditch, but I had minor injuries on my stomach, no outer damage of whatsoever. But my wife suffered femur fracture and my daughter had a hit on her head but cured cimpletely.
I am feeling tired and hunger even after eating for every 2-3 hours. I have reduced coffee intake as advised by my family doctor.

No infections other than above.
ECG shows normal since 6 months. 3 times done.
Even ECG taken and also echo report, echo technician told heart condition is good and nothing to worry. But echo report shows some problem. Even my family dictor has taken ecg 3 times and told everything normal and heart condition very good I think they are hiding something about my heart health.

I had pneumonia (basal) during 1982 about 38 years back and cured.

No somking or drinking habit.
I usually had walking kms without any tiredness during 1980s 1990 and also till 2020. After covid restrictions and also because of age factor i could not move out in Sun light from my home .

My father is 95 years and he says that we should expose to sunlight otherwise our body becomes weak. He was also had walking daily atleast one km per day till covid restrictions.
