I have a mildly elevated D-dimer with no evidence of a clot. livedo pattern on legs. legs feel heavy, fatigued, joint pain and easy exhaustion. adult onset. there is a familiar history of a hereditary disorder. After 13 years of testing has yet to be able to be identified. Have been tested extensively for autoimmune disorders. None have been found.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for the clinical photo attached.

* Sorry to say but there are many of the clinical conditions involving the immune
system, coagulation parameters which are under evaluation and many of
them go undiagnosed for decades.

When the evaluation of extensive workup for an autoimmune disorder is non-conclusive, means the entity is rarest of rare.

I would like to know about the status and report if any so far as a skin biopsy or vessel biopsy is concerned.

Thanks.
Regards

Rarest of the rare unfortunately is probably the category that we will be in. My father and his two brothers Suffer from an unattainable disease. Multiple genetic testing has not we build an answer. They have a cute onset of symptoms with a recovery. ataxia, word of Asia, visual field disturbances, short-term memory loss, severe headache. after the acute attack they do recover some but never fully. He has two sisters that seem to take the route that I am taking. One sister was diagnosed with MS then change to neurological condition of unknown origin, the other sister was diagnosed with atypical ALS. my father and I both have an elevated D dimer. he has an Elevated adamts13 activity. Protein electrophoresis,c-z Electrophorese, Factor five and factor eight, Porphyria all normal testing. normal kidney and liver function test, normal iron normal antithrombin three activity.
