Brief Answer:
The symptoms are probably related to an injury

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to an injury of the area.
I recommend to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the swelling.
I also suggest to maintain the area immobilized to prevent further damage.
Cold compresses can also be helpful.
If the symptoms continue, you should do an xray of the area for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
