Kindly Refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your cholesterol profile is deranged and triglycerides are significantly high for which you need a holistic approach.

It’s recommended for you to cut down all types of fats from your diet and eat fiber rich food with daily Physical activity more than 40 min 5 days a week.

You also needs to start on statins (anti-cholesterol meds). Kindly consult a Cardiologist personally and start taking Rozavel F and repeat cholesterol levels after 3 months

Hopefully this information will answer your query .

Kind Regards

I am immediately stopped all oil food and started taking
Fiber foods & walk 1 hour daily.
I do not want medicine daily . Just want to confirm that my triglyceride level are very high if I follow this routine
Still immediately need to consult Dr ? I think they will ask me to do 2d echo and so much test.
Kindly suggest.

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Yes both will be required.

1. Lifestyle modifications which includes healthy diet, no smoking, no junk or fried food, daily morning walks for at least 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.

2. Medicine which your doctor has prescribed you have to take for at least 3 months along with lifestyle modifications as your triglycerides are quite high.

After 3 months you have to repeat your lipid profile test again so as to asses the improvement. And there is no harm in taking those pills for a limited period.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
