Brief Answer:
ideally can not donate, but many centers do consider to donate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per the international protocols, the donor should be in perfect health, so ideally you
can not donate her your kidney.

* Now there are various protocols followed by different institutes across the world as

@ Some of the centres consider controlled thyroid condition as normal to donate the
kidney.
@ Some centres being very precise for the criteria, refuse the same candidate ( usually if
there is associated goitre ).

So the same should be discussed with the treating nephrologist for precise guidelines.

Wish your daughter fine health.
Take care.

Regards.
