After reviewing the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with STT changes in inferolateral leads suggestive of myocardial ischaemia.
If patient is asymptomatic then a stress echocardiogram should be done for further evaluation under the direct supervision of a cardiologist in a hospital settings with Cathlab facility.
