Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have lots of anxiety regarding your reports .
In absence of any urinary symptoms and normal P.S.A. values there is no possibility of cancer of the prostate.or Enlarged prostate at the age of 38 years.
The slight difference between two scanning report done over a period of two days can be due to error of judgement by a Radiologist and should not be given too much importance.
Enlarged prostate is an ageing process and can not prevented by any medicines.
Normally it starts at the age of 55 years onwards and progress gradually. However with advances in modern technology of endourology it has been very safe to treat this problem with 0.2% morbidity.
Please do not over stretch your anxiety about the problem which you do not have.
Bleeding that you have on squeezing penis could be due to trivial trauma and can be treated with a course of antibiotic and anti inflammatory medication for a week.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
