Brief Answer:
A detailed evaluation is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

A detailed evaluation is required to confirm whether you have testicular atrophy or not.
An ultrasound scrotum and clinical examination can easily make a diagnosis. If you find major disparities of size between two sides atrophy is likely.

Hormonal imbalances like low testosterone will be a major cause of testicular atrophy.

If the atrophy is due to low testosterone it can be reversed by testosterone replacement therapy.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks
