Osteophytic lippings are seen arising from L4 and L3 vertebrae
The above is written in my X-ray report
Had a fall from a horse. Hence got above the X-ray.
Muscle spasm can be relieved with oral muscle relaxants.

Scoliosis of the spine that has been noted is a temporary change due to the muscle spasm caused by the injury. This should get relieved with rest and oral muscle relaxants.
The osteophytic lippings are degenerative changes of the spine that are usually age related changes. In case the lippings are more prominent then it can cause a nerve root compression.
You can get n MRI scan of the spine done to see more details regarding the disc and nerve root compression.
