Question: my semen analysis result came back with severe Oligozoospermia .. is there any chances to proceed with IUI ?

Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have read your query & I understand your concerns.

I am afraid it is not possible tp proceed with IUI if your count is less than 10 million / ml which is minimum count required for IUI procedure.

With severe oligozoospermia chances of conception are remote.

In this situation I suggest you go ahead with ICSI (Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection) where in sperms can directly introduced into your wife's eggs after collecting them by ovum apiation technique..

Hi,thanks for detailed report. The count is less than 2 million / ml. This is very low count at which IUI cannot be performed.
