Semen Analysis Showed Sperm Count And Motility Within Normal Limit. Any Thoughts?

Question: i got a semen analysis report of me: Quantity 3.2ml,colour whitish, Reaction Alkaline(ph 8.0),O.B.T negative, At the time of 1st examination 75% actively motile, After 1 hour examination 70% actively motile, Total count of spermatozoa 102.8 million/ml. Morphology of spermatoza: normal spermatozoa 69%,pin Head 08%, short tail 07%, giant head 04% ,long tailed 03%, spermated 00%.
Please me suggestion on my report.

Thanks for your query.

Your semen analysis report indicates:
1. Sperm count: within normal limit (as per WHO 2010, normal sperm count is > 15 millions/ml)

2. Motility: within normal limit (as per WHO 2010, normal motility is 50% measured within 60 minutes of collection).

3. Morphology: within normal limit (as per WHO 2010, normal morphology is > 04%).

The volume as well as the pH is also within normal range.

So, you have a normal semen analysis report.
