Which part of the abdomen do you have severe cramps?
Any nausea, vomiting or bloating?
Stool: Consistency, color, smell, any mucus?
Any other Information please.
Omeprazole will help only to reduce the acid in stomach.
Take some anti-spasmodic to relieve spasms.
You need basic investigations of blood, urine, stool; ultrasonography and X-ray of abdomen in standing position to start with.

The cramping started as sharp pains just below the breasts down to the waist and in the back below the shoulder blades. The sharp pains have ended and now I feel like I was used as a punching bag. I've only been able to eat a few crackers for the past 3 days. Anything more just made me feel sick. The stools are black and in the toilet water I can see red coming off of them (blood?). No mucus that I can see. I do have terrible smelling gas,,smells like something died I did have breast surgery 1 1/2 weeks ago to remove some abnormal tissue.
