Brief Answer:
Most probably of Nerve origin.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Since your CT scan and Ultrasound (USG) of abdomen are normal the cause is something that can not be discovered by CT/USG and hence the possible causes I can think about after reading your feedback are as follows:
Nerve pinching at the thoracic vertebrae level that cause referred pain to the abdomen - or the other way and this can be diagnosed by clinical evaluation and MRI of the thoracic spine.
Gastritis, gastric volvulus and such problems need upper GI Endoscopy and barium studies.
Other common causes of pain in abdomen are seen well on CT scan and Ultrasound hence not discussing.
Please discuss such points with your Doctor/Specialist so that appropriate clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations can help you to get a diagnosis or rule these out.
