Brief Answer:
It could be anal fissure

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

From your description, it seems to be anal fissure. You should see a surgeon to confirm the diagnosis. Cefixine will help control any bacterial infection. It should be taken only for any known bacterial infection or an abscess in the area.
You may apply vaseline in the area 3-4 times a day.
Drink lots of water (clean drinking water), milk and juices to soften the stools. You may also use any laxative like lactulose syrup for this purpose.
Before passing stools, you may apply shield cream in the area to reduce the pain.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Vaishalee
