Brief Answer:
May be due to muscle sprain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain. Still kindly follow up with a bit more information.

Please let me know do you have fever, burning during urination, blood in urine, history of injury or trauma to back or sprain?

In that case you may require ultrasound abdomen, urine analysis, complete hemogram, MRI back after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.

Otherwise for pain you can take tablet motrin (Ibuprofen) 400 mg every 8 hourly. Apply diclofenac gel locally. Continue heating pads. Kindly avoid tablet aspirin.

Restrict your movements. Take rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
