She Is Having Pain Both Palm For More Than A

Question: She is having pain both palm for more than a year and followed up with doctors and taken medicine. Recently the pain was increased and it extended on both legs as well and consulted with doctor. Attached the reports.
Kindly clarify
1. What is the issue?
2. Reports are showing negative. Is it is rheumatoid arthritis ?
3. What is the recommended solution?
4. Is it curable?
5. Do we need to take steroid? Is there any alternative?
6. How long will it take to cure completely?

this is inflammatory arthritis involving wrists and other joints.
the tests for RA are negative, however in certain situations tests may be negative,but we still treat as inflammatory arthritis. its better to take steroids in the beginning to take care of the inflammation, it may get cured however initially the drugs may have to be taken for some time.

psoriatic arthritis "

2. Is this hereditary diseases?
3. Will this come to her kids aswell? If so, what are the precautions?

there are no particular precautions, except lead a healthy lifestyle, maintain body weight, exercise, don't smoke.
treatment involves certain anti rheumatic drugs like methotrexate, Will have to be taken under supervision of local rheumatologist.
