Urgent
Brief Answer:
continue duphastan...expalined
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm, Firstly please let me know what is your period of gestation and if duphastan was prescribed after an episode of threatened abortion or has been advised for the sake of protection and support to pregnancy.
Duphastan is not the cause of bleeding if you are pregnant. the cause can be a possible threatened abortion or placental separation which shall require an urgent ultrasound for evaluation and duphastan 10mg should be continued.
Regards

Brief Answer:
get an urgent Transvaginal ultrasound done
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I would like you to get an urgent transvaginal ultrasound at your obstetrician to look for any retroplacental clot first and then take duphastan 10mg twice a day for next 7 days and take absolute bed rest till bleeding stops. This is to be followed oncethe viability of the pregnancy has been established and foetal heart beat is seen.
There is a possibility that this may be a missed abortion but that can be confirmed only after an ultrasound.
so please visit your obstetrician asap.
