Brief Answer:
It is something to get concerned.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Having blood in urine is something to get concerned. Ibuprofen can give blood in urine as rare side effects.
I don't believe that this can be related to overactive bladder.
It can be related to infection or kidney stones. You may need to do an uroculture to check for infection and also may need an ultrasound to check kidneys and urinary tract system.

Hope I have answered the question.

Thanks.
