Should I Be Concerned I Noticed A Mole On My Back Two Months ?

Question: Hi, I noticed a mole on my back two months ago. It doesn't appear to have changed in shape or size or colour, but every now and then I notice this little bit of dry skin on it. I showed it to the pharmacist the
other day and she suggested it was catching on clothing, but I would like to be cautious. Should I be concerned? Thank you kindly.
