Brief Answer:
Hello dear. There is nothing alarming

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through your query. So serum LDH is a nonspecific enzyme that can be found elevated in various conditions, including infections , inflammation, stress, cancer, etc. Moreover, it is tissue nonspecific, which means it can be found elevated in skin disease, muscle disease, heart diseases, blood-related disorders, etc. As you have already mentioned that you suffer from urticaria, that is the likely explanation for a very mildly elevated serum LDH levels.
Usually it is considered abnormal when elevated at least 2-3 times of the upper normal limit. So there is nothing to concern.
Relax and feel free to ask further.
Kind regards
