Should I Be Concerned About Headaches Occurring Everyday?

Question: I rarely get headaches however for the past week I have had one daily. Should I be concerned?

When I take meds for the headache it helps for a couple hours. I have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease in the past but nothing else. No hx of high blood pressure
