Brief Answer:
No, if you are symptomatic and test suggested are normal.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Hypogammaglobulinemia is an immune disorder characterized by a reduction in all types of gamma globulins, including antibodies that help fight infection. It may be congenital or may be related to medication or it may be due to a kidney or gastrointestinal condition.Nothing can be done for congenital or birth related disorder.

I would suggest you to go for a kidney function test an ultrasound liver. If both turns normal and you are asymptomatic no need to worry.

Hope I was helpful.
Thanks!
