Question: hi, after pap smear had , lower back pain, abdominal pain , belly pain , swelling abdomin .
it was 10 days ago , pain goes away and came back , not much pain but stil swelling ,on the left abdomen side I can feel a lump its kind of bhard, what dr did to me, i am so scare

Mostly PAP smear will only cause a mild discomfort that is gone within a day or two. Since you are getting a swelling, it could be infection or maybe fluid in peritoneal cavity. It needs further evaluation by a gynecologist to figure out the cause.
