Brief Answer:
Non specific symptoms

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Ovarian TB could be asymptomatic or it could have a variety of symptoms like abdominal pain, weight loss, sweats, back pain etc. If not treated timely, it could produce damage to the involved organs and result in infertility.

We cannot make diagnosis based on history or symptoms alone. It is not TB until it is proven in tests.
