Question: Should I be concerned if I have severe lower back ache and stomach ache? It came on Sudden and I almost can't stand straight now. I had surgery in November and am in surgical menopause. What does that sound like to you?

It could be caused by acute lower back pain from the nerve compression at your back bone or it could be caused from stomach ache that causes back pain. In your case It concern about acute lower back pain from sciatica. You can try NSAIDs medicine to relieve pain, sometime it can help you to be improved within four weeks. And you can try with superficial heat and massage.
