Should I Be Concerned Lump On My Chest Below My Nipple And Towards The Center Of My Abdomen?

Question: Since April my lymph nodes in my neck have been moderately swollen to varying degree since September I have dealt with significant fatigue and diffuse malaise - sometimes stomach nausea or mild pain - significant headaches which for most part have passed. Overall I often feel better non specifically poorly. Recently the is a lump under the skin on my jawline - it’s not a pimple or infection as antibiotics haven’t changed it at all and you cannot really see that it is there. About the size of a pea and non painful. Yesterday I found a very similar lump on my chest below my nipple and towards the center of my abdomen. Should I be concerned? I have ankylosing spondylitis and have felt bad before but this is a much different experience. Meds: Rinvoq, Concerta, propranolol, Tizanidine, clrythromcaiin (for “infection on cheek”)
10 days ago I lost my appetite and I struggle to eat more than one meal a day. When I do eat I get full or not interested in eating very quickly.
