Thanks for your query.

Your platelets have increased over time but they are still not at an alarming level.

Your hemoglobin is also bit low which may be due to iron deficiency. In iron deficiency, platelets go high too. So we should do serum iron, iron binding capacity and ferritin. If iron deficiency confirmed, then iron supplements should increase the hemoglobin and reduce the platelets.

If no iron deficiency, then we have to monitor the counts for some for time. If increasing further, then we have to rule out essential thrombocythemia, a disorder of unregulated platelet growth.

But overall, I don't see any suggestion of cancer here.
