Question: had a sti screening done everything came back negative, but still have fishy odor but its only in the inside of my vagina and i only smell it during sex even if its protected. i had thick clump discharge in my lips recently and was itchy in the same area and around vagina opening. tried boric but the smell only went away temporary and the next day i was very itchy below.

Usually fishy odor along with itching suggestive of bacterial vaginosis. I would recommend Clingen forte suppository for 3 days keep it high up in the vagina , always use a feminine wash such as v wash to prevent infection ,avoid excessive sweating ,wear cotton panties and frequent change of pad during menstural cycle is recommended .To help you with the itching you could take Levocet 5mg Tablet twice a day after food for 3 days .
