Question: Hi there 50 year women with question … seems I have anxiety or adrenal dump does not last long .. I had one today at 2:21 Apple Watch indicates 142 for less than a min … then back to 90 … after having all my cardiac tests and speaking with my cardiologist he indicates that nothing serious is going on but just wondering if I should be worried
