Question: Heteroechoic polypoidal mass like area 23*12*15 mm seen in endometrial cavity surrounded by thin rim of fluid.Color droppler is unremarkable.cervix is bulky,heteroechoic and shows a mass 28*24*25 mm towards right with marked increased vascularity

I had consulted somewhere they said it could be cancerous and reports i have attached along with it.

I have gone through all your details and understand your concerns.
If you are having bleeding polyp after post menopause it is most likely carcinoma ( sorry to say that).
It should be removed and biopsy should be done and next line of treatment depending upon your biopsy report.
You should go for MRI pelvis also to rule out any other associated pathology.
